OneSearch is a one-stop shop for searching library resources. OneSearch searches both the online library catalog (e.g., books) and most of the library the databases (e.g., articles) simultaneously.

Searching OneSearch brings back a variety of types of resources including articles, journals, books, electronic books, videos, and government documents:

After conducting your search, use the filters on the left to narrow to specific resource types, locations, etc. 

OneSearch

Using OneSearch is a good option when:   

  • you aren't sure which database to use
  • your topic may be covered well in a number of databases
  • you are interested in seeing a variety of resources (e.g., books, newspaper articles, magazine articles, scholarly journals, etc.)
