Like a lot of the other technology on campus, you will need your StarID and password to use SMSU Library resources from off campus.

Your password will be the same password you use with your StarID to get into campus email, etc.

Anywhere on the Library web site you see the following icon (it looks like a lock), you will need to log in with your StarID. This is our way of knowing you are an SMSU student and should be accessing the resource. We pay big bucks for some of the databases, and our licensing requirements only allow our students, faculty, and staff to access them.
